That in itself was awesome, but this year we also had the pleasure of working with her when we bought our house. We were served a letter from our landlords telling us they needed use of their house again and we were given 3 month notice to move out. We had already talked with Daunielle as we were planning to buy a house by the end of 2017, however, receiving that letter in February really put our house buying plans into high gear. I called Daunielle in a panic, and from the get go she was wonderful to work with. She really put my mind at ease in what was understandably a pretty stressful situation! I had my doubts we could pull it off and the whole thing seemed so overwhelming to me, given the housing market in the Bay Area, stiff competition and the short timeline we had to get into another house. Daunielle was just amazing from start to finish. She really knows her stuff, and you'll find that out really quickly upon speaking with her. She answered all of our questions, gave us great advice, pointed out things we needed to know. This was my first house buying experience and frankly I was winging it! I felt so safe with her by my side as we walked through many open houses. When it came time to put an offer in, she was so helpful and informative. She successfully helped us make our offer and it was accepted! She was there every step of the way. No matter what time of day or night it was, if we had questions or concerns she was there. She is amazing because I felt like we were her only clients in the world, of course I know that's not the case. She continues to follow up with us, and it's so appreciated and helpful. On top of this she is our friend, on a social level. I have always heard not to mix business with pleasure, but Daunielle is truly the exception. She has an amazing ability to be a perfect business partner, while still being a perfect friend.
