His team did an incredible job removing a very difficult tree safely. They are definitely experts in their craft. The biggest project involved installing new boards on my second-story deck, creating a header and gate to the roof, a gate to the stairs, rebuilding a stairway and landing, and lattice and staining for a finished look. Since the initial install, Small Town has done some repairs and went in to reinforce the deck with more robust 6 X 6, concrete footers, other repairs, and darker stain. Other projects have included scraping and painting in a bathroom, repairing double-hung windows, and installing French doors. They have removed floor tiles, and removed old worn-out furniture from the house as well. All along, Small Town has been fantastic to work with, communicative, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this handyman company.

Communication was first class (either by text, conversation, or phone call). 2. Their detail in their work surpassed our expectation. 3. If we had a "concern" or question. They listened and answered - problem was always solved. 4. All of the material that was used within the construction was approved by us before installation. Now to explain how this work with us. We had major reconstruction. We had a plan to remove a low bearing wall, for an open concept floor plan. We explained our vision, plan was made, and the work started. During the process of our construction, there were changes that I made (painted the trim, new base boards, & lighting). These changes weren't small changes. Everyone loves last minutes changes (LOL). However, there wasn't a problem. We got 5 inch base boards, trim was painted white, and hanging light over the sink. I do have before and after pictures. However, I was unable to post on this thread. I want to make sure these guys get credit for their work so I will be posting on other website. Braun Renovations, thank you for your work.
