I recently had my water service line replaced from the meter to my house. During the project, David discovered that the boring contractor hadn't installed the new line deep enough to meet code. It would have been easy to work around it, trench through my landscaping, or simply let it go--but instead, he advocated for me. He stood his ground, insisted the boring company come back and do the job correctly, and ultimately saved me from ending up with a substandard installation. That decision cost him an entire day's work while everyone waited for the boring company to return, but he still put doing the job right ahead of simply getting paid and moving on. To top it off, when the project was finished, his final invoice came in below the high end of the estimate he had originally given me. In a world where it's common to brace yourself for surprise costs, that was a refreshing experience. If you're looking for a plumber who is knowledgeable, honest, and willing to advocate for his customers instead of taking the easy way out, I can wholeheartedly recommend David's Plumbing. Let me start off by saying my lawn was green it was amazing to step out and feel the grass on my…read morefeet I take really good care of my lawn my goal WAS the best in the neighborhood so I called them out the first treatment went super well Demarco was super great explained everything clearly it was amazing he did his thing and left well a week or two went by and I noticed stickers popping up on my side yard again so I called to schedule a reapplication of the weed control so we skip the the appointment Jesus spays the weed control down and leaves a foot hanger that says "water tomorrow morning" so tomorrow water day so I wasn't worried the appointment was on wed the 21st by Tuesday my yard is yellow patchy and dead like pick up dead blades of grass and watch them blow in the wind Tuesday they send someone out and said the office sent me out cause you said you had a patch of dead grass as I answer look at my yard it's that patch man he walks around and looks then gets a probe and smashes it into the ground what I assume is a moisture meter of some sorts and says yeah your not watering enough ummm excuse me I water plenty so he explains to me the tuna can trick mind you Demarco explained that too me and I oddly did find it effective and that's how I know how much to water then he keeps telling I'm not watering enough it was back and forth with him and me I water enough I explained my lawn was looking GOOD GOOD before the reapplication fast forward the next day the supervisor calls and asks about it then he called the owner to ask for a free soil treatment owner says no I'll discount it 30% due to the compact soil so I decline because I had no issues before. You can clearly see their machine spay marks through my entire yard. I will not use ever again and will be speaking with an attorney about this. Someone that touchy and immature does not deserve your business. I would keep looking, as he told me to do. I do not want a misunderstanding, Colton called immediately and we reached an agreement. Because I had just had my lawn serviced, it was agreed to postpone his service to a future date. I will add to the review once the service is completed. Phoenix was hired, but the service requested was a replacement service. Colton will not be onsite until August 7. Actual quality of service cannot be evaluated at this time.
