I found out that my unit had been robbed on 11/10. I immediately let the manager know and the response was, "I'm sorry but you are not a priority, if we here anything we will let the police know" Morning Star did not care at ALL. It was devastating to here that after losing over $5000 of collectibles, memories, and hand written letters from my grandfather. The people who stole from my unit ended up going to a local collectible shop and selling some of my items. The pictures attached are of the thief's who sold my stuff. I'm confident that these two broke into my unit and others at this location. This police have not reached back to me and the storage unit has completely stopped communicating. According to other people at the facility they have people living at the storage unit, selling drugs and god knows what else they are doing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Your stuff is not safe.

They are over charging me changing My rent every month increasing it to where I'm paying more than…read moreother people that have bigger units than me I've been locked out of my units restricted to only being there when the office is there hit with late fees late fees ladies over $100 in one week The staff is insanely rude and laugh and smile whenever my unit went up for auction I've saved it now twice from auction but I just keep hitting hit with more and more fees and larger rinse increases that every time I get close to having a zero balance so I can get in there and move my stuff I get hit all over again it's like every month it's close to $600 it's insane you can't ever get anybody on the phone I can't get to corporate or anybody to answer any of these questions it's like I'm being shook and down for my belongings and having to pay and insane ransom is unbelievable and seems very unfair I met my snapping point with this company The roof is leaking in my stuff is being destroyed inside of it and I can't even move it to another unit where it's not leaking they won't let me take care of it they've kept me from it so my stuff's being destroyed I'm paying an insane amount and rent and I'm not allowed access and management and corporate don't know what each other's doing and I'm constantly getting different totals of what I owe and is constantly changing and I cannot get a detailed bill a statement with definitive numbers on it as like their pocketing what I'm giving them this is insane I'm under so much stress it's causing me so much stress it's a living nightmare just trying to say if what little I have cuz everything I do own is inside that unit and I'm working so hard to keep it I'm paying every bit of everything that I have I'm going without food I have no place to stay but I'm paying and insane amount of money to try to keep what I do have and it's a joke to these people it's so disgusting it's so sad and it's really really messed up and unfair criminal don't rent here the pic's are screenshots of my phone as I paid them everything I could as fast and as soon as I got it
