Upon arriving at my home the droppings fell everywhere now I am faced to hire cleaners to pick up all this mess. I was paying $280 per month thinking that it was a safe and secure unit. The movers said they had never seen anything this bad before. I called the manager and apprised her of the situation and she refused to give me any consideration. She could have cared less. After the movers left, I found multiple closets and belongings had been left behind despite paying for packing services and materials. What was most frustrating wasn't just the incomplete move--it was the company's unwillingness to make things right after I brought the issues to their attention. I expected accountability from a national moving company and did not receive it. My advice: thoroughly inspect every inch of your home before signing anything or allowing the truck to leave. Once the move is over, it becomes much harder to get meaningful assistance.
