We scheduled based on when our RV was expected to arrive from Indiana, however, there were major delays, not once but twice, and George was very flexible and understanding. His responses to questions and issues were almost immediate throughout the few weeks we ended up working together, and he proactively reached out to our dealership sales rep to find out if the RV had been delivered (it hadn't) when it was due the second time (he then called me to let me know, as the sales rep hadn't). When the RV did finally show, and George arrived at the dealership at the time the dealership had recommended we schedule (well, 15-20 minutes early), they still did not have it ready for him- no batteries, not connected, etc. He was kind enough to wait an hour for them to have it ready enough for him and he proceeded with the inspection. He worked with the techs to get the big issues started with repairs before he left, and then called us to go over everything. His report came about 2 hours later with lots of photos and videos of the rig. Between his prompt and thorough communication, his attention to detail with the inspection, his patience through all the rough patches on this journey and his overall kindness, I can't recommend George enough. My spouse and I both enthusiastically agreed he was the shining star in our RV buying experience, and we would use his services again in a heartbeat.

George was friendly, helpful, and patient with our questions from the get go! He scheduled us with limited notice and went out of his way to accommodate the inspection. His is great at communication and reliable service. George did a very thorough and extensive inspection of the Class C RV and promptly provided us with a hard copy via email and a phone call to fully explain the entire results. He even answered several general RV questions we had with patience and made us feel as though we were customers that mattered most. We feel so content and satisfied with making the purchase, and appreciate this company's fabulous service!! 110% George is the guy to use if you're seriously considering a purchase.

I placed an order on their website for a pre-purchase inspection and they were able to come out to meet the seller of the vehicle the next day. After the inspection, the inspector gave me a call with his findings and overall impression of the vehicle . The day after the inspection, a written report and a numerous inspection photos were available on the order page of their website. The written report specifically covered the following areas: Road Test, Engine & Mechanical, Suspension & Undercarriage, Tires & Brakes, Exterior & Body Condition. The level of detail in the report and the number of photos provided was satisfactory. Overall, it was a good overall experience and I'm happy with the service provided and with the vehicle I purchased. Why did I not give a full five stars? First, I believe a whining transmission noise they noted in their report was misdiagnosed. It seems to have been caused by the car's AC compressor that progressively whined louder before eventually failing during the fifth drive after purchase. Second, the report indicated that the transmission was leak free but I've found the slightest pooling of transmission fluid in my garage since the first day I purchased the car. Lastly, minor details seemed to be missed like missing roof weather strips/mouldings, a detached fog lamp, and sanding/repair work done on the rear bumper and rear fenders. If they had the means to diagnose the whining noise further and offered that as an add-on package, I probably would have availed and subsequently provided a higher rating.

He said he would, but he did not. His version of an under the car inspection was sticking his cell phone under the edges of the car and taking a photo. He certainly didn't crawl under and take a look. He made more of an effort to connect with the seller, than me, the buyer and person who hired him. He completed the inspection in 20 minutes and it certainly wasn't worth $200. It was anything but thorough. He said he was mostly inspecting cosmetics and basic function, which I said I could do. I asked him to share with me what he was inspecting as he went along, and he declined to do that. Honestly, he seemed to be in a hurry. Lastly, although I was told I would be getting all the photos the inspector took, absolutely none none of them are in the report. I do not recommend him and would never use him again!

Last year, he decided to branch off and focus primarily on mods, custom builds, and speciality work on Subarus whiling changing the name of the business to RFC Industries. In doing this, he sold the service side (oil changes, tire rotations, basic repairs, etc.) of his business to 1st Choice Autoworks. So I've been coming to them for the non-off roading specific stuff that Chris still does for me. Luke and everyone else here is incredibly kind, knowledgable, and professional. This past weekend, I panicked since I'm leaving for an extended work trip (1.5 months) which involves my heavily modded Subaru Forester and I had an axle issue days before I was supposed to leave. I texted Chris over the weekend and he said come to 1st Choice by 8:00am on Monday. I didn't have an appointment, and just showed up. And this isn't my style. I'm usually so highly organized and do my best to be respectful, schedule appointments, and go through the proper channels. But I woke up at 6:00am and was in Murrieta by 8:00am. I explained my situation and they were so accommodating and understanding and kind. It took all day but they helped me out and got my car back in good health and I'm so thankful they were cool with me just showing up. This shop is trustworthy, professional, and now is really familiar with off-roading and modded, lifted Subarus due to SubiWorks' and Chris' involvement. Please give these guys your business if you're in the area. They also work on non-Subarus. Thank you, 1st Choice dudes. I appreciate you!

After i booked online, the inspector, Dabo contacted me right away to confirm the details, and he arrived at the dealership on time. Even though the vehicle wasn't there (in a warehouse), he waited for them to bring the vehicle to the dealership. Dabo inspected the vehicle thoroughly, and told me of all the various issues he found on the vehicle, and i'm really glad i did not buy it cause it would have been a headache and cost thousands of dollars to repair all the issues the dealership was hiding on the vehicle. I was satisfied with the report (along with pictures) that were provided promptly after the inspection was completed. Because i did not buy the vehicle, i wanted to have another inspection on another vehicle that very same day, and i'm very glad Dabo was able to accomodate my request. Dabo again inspected the vehicle, told me about the issues on the vehicle, and again he saved me a headache because i was able to make a deal with the dealership to fix those issues that he found on the vehicle before i purchased it. He also provided the inspection report promptly. All in all, my experience with inspectiver was very positive. Dabo was very friendly, professional, and his experience in talking about issues that he found on the vehicle was very helpful for my purchasing decisions. In addition, I feel like the price inspectiver charges for doing a pre-purchase inspection is quite reasonable. If i had to buy another vehicle, i would use inspectiver again.

His reasoning for cancelling was he did not want to take my money knowing he can't beat the at fault insurances 2,000 dollar offer because my vehicle is a salvage title and 500,000 miles. I told him I found receipts of a replaced rac and pinion, master cylinder, engine, and leather seats and he said he would not take that into consideration in my appraisal report and still cannot do more than $2,000 car value on my vehicle report . Again, his reasoning is that it's salvage and 500,000 miles. I told him there's more that makes up the value of a vehicle than just salvage title and mileage , and he said maybe I can show a judge my receipts and see what they think. What??????????? He wants me to present my 9,000 dollars worth of receipts to a judge who is not an appraiser and have a judge decide what he or she thinks is the value of my car and if they can give me a higher value than 2,000. He's supposedly this top notch appraiser who GIVES TESTIMONY IN COURT UNDER OATH and he doesn't think a replaced engine with lower miles, leather seats , upgraded rac and pinion upgraded master cylinder, upgraded springs , new alternator, new battery, new starter new brakes will make a cars value go up?????????? He's a moron I'm glad he never did my report . He also was telling me he found a comparable of my vehicle , in which the ad said "mechanics special" with a salvage title. He's a fucking moron, he wants to compare my highly maintained vehicle with every single part replaced on it with a car that's not running and has a bunch of maintenance issues . He's an appraiser and only looks at comparables with title type and mileage , and won't take your receipts into consideration on upgrades and maintenance
