I needed my two originals (each about 100 pages) unbound, then two copies made of each, and then have all 6 books bound. Quality work was done. One of the other great things about this company that has to be mentioned is that what they charge per copy (8.5 x 11, standard stock, white paper) is slightly more than HALF THE PRICE of two big copy centers in Omaha (to be left unnamed). From the calls I made, these guys are the most cost effective. This amounted to a quite a savings for my small copy job. I will be utilizing this company in the future for any copy needs of mine, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you do the same.

He had some pictures from Israel sitting on his desk and they were crystal clear. I had put a couple of orders in to Walmart and one was canceled. So I canceled the rest of my order which I'm glad I did otherwise I would not have stumbled upon Firespring. Luckily, I was up the street from this local business and as I walked in this place, I felt comfortable immediately. I rang the bell and Sally came out and said hello. She is incredibly friendly and gave me the steps to get my picture printed as soon as possible. I emailed my pictures and within 10 minutes I was my way home. I want to wait until my frame come to show the final result but they are gorgeous. I needed some large pictures and she did it within minutes. Not to mention she did it at a better price than Walmart. I live in Bellevue, but from now on, I will drive to Council Bluffs just to have my pictures developed by Sally and Firespring. Handed my 1 sheet of paper and asked for 75 copies... was told I would get an email when fone (I am standing at the counter in the store)... said I was waiting.. was told I was 8th in line (no one else there waiting) and the print giy didn't come in until 2pm (this is 10:30)... said I came into the store for simple copies now... he said that would be an express job and cost $7 more... Horrible customer service and business model.. Left for another store - will never do business at Office Depot again. (Went to FedEx on 72nd & Hwy 370 in Papillion- Wonderful service and was cheaper).

Their location is kind of inconvenient but convenient at the same time. What I mean by this is the parking lot they are in is set up kind of weird and next to an always crowded Starbucks and once exit you can only turn right out of. So that's a little inconvenient but not really a store issue. They are great here!

On my recent visit, the place was busy, as could be expected a week before Christmas. Despite the number of customers waiting, I didn't have to wait long and service was quick and efficient. This is the closest FedEx office to my home so is generally convenient, but the parking lot is sometimes busy and it can be tough to get to from southbound 72nd Street. FedEx is not the cheapest option for shipping, but in my experience is more dependable than UPS and especially much better than USPS.
