When we stated our displeasure, Andy (the owner) never apologized. He placed the blame on us for coming too early in the day, saying that they would have been done later (We hadn't been informed of this at any point). He told us he would call us later the same day when the order was finished, but we never received a call. Nothing was done to resolve the situation. It was an infuriating experience.
