They took off the front two tires and got them changed out pretty quickly but after a little while of struggling with the back they eventually called me over to point out that my wheel locks were messed up and that they couldn't remove the back tires. After looking at the wheel lock key, I noticed that it was mangled and completely stripped. How can they have no problem removing the front two wheels with that same key but all of a sudden it won't work on the back wheels because it's stripped out? I confronted the guy about it and he immediately got defensive and said that they didn't do anything wrong and it was my fault and that I would have to pay full price. I asked him if he could at least cut me a break because his guy messed up my wheel lock and he told me "that's bullshit! We didn't do anything wrong. It was already like that." Again, I ask, how can you have no problem using the wheel lock key on the front tires, then all of a sudden it's too stripped out to work on the back? That makes no sense. I told him to just put my tires back on so I could leave. They put the front tires on and I went down to another shop, G&S tire & auto on northpark, where the guy stayed late after closing and got the wheel locks off for free because they were messed up. (5 stars for those guys). I ended up getting the two back tires replaced the next day and during the course of that, I found out that when dumbass guy at A W replaced my lug nuts, he cross-threaded one of them and it was stuck on the lug. I ended up having to break the lug off to get the tire off of the truck. Now I have to go somewhere and pay money to have that replaced thanks to this guy. Nothing but trouble and he got pissed off when I asked him about it. Not worth it at all. I guess you get what you pay for. DON'T GET YOUR TIRES DONE HERE! Well, I guess they've got this review filtered. I don't know why. Maybe it's because they didn't think this really happened because no tire shop would do something stupid like that. Well, I assure you it did. Maybe it's because I mentioned G&S. I didn't even get my tires changed there and they helped me for free anyway. That's why I mentioned them, because they are nice people. I also went to Carl's tire and auto over on aldine mail route. They were also awesome. And he charged me less money.
