We reported the incident to corporate. Poor customer service--we took our business to Midas instead, (down the street) where we were treated with respect and given transparent pricing. I say "manager" because he was in a polo and not a work shirt. He makes the title of manager look bad.

They replaced the transmission again. While in their possession, they had a subcontractor who did their transmissions. While with the subcontractor, there was a citation issued for running a red light. I paid the ticket. Midas refuses to reimburse me as they contend I did not need to pay it and they were not driving. The car still had issues with transmission even though they had it for over a year with multiple subcontractors. I ultimately took it elsewhere and had it fixed properly. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.
