He asked clarifying questions, and pointed out some things we could change to make my wife's current setup work more like she wanted it to. He thought to ask if she reacts badly to nickel (she does) and suggested maybe why what we were using seemed so harsh. By the time we left there, she was having the most satisfying experience she's had in years. She has declared that Chris is a true Vape Wizard. We highly recommend this shop. Amazing service.

As I was leaving, he yelled at me, calling me 'weird' and told me to 'get the F*** out' of the store. I am a wife and mother and should never be spoken to in such a disrespectful way. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store in Warrenton. Find a place where the staff isn't rude, incompetent, and unhinged."

This kid comes out and is very rude saying, "you know this is a buisness right? You're taking up all the space, you can fucking park in the side alley," he was very rude and disrespectful. I say he's a kid but he's about 18. He's an adult who needs to learn how to talk respectfully to other adults especially when working. He was very unprofessional and rude. Later when I had a chance I went in to apologize and he was very insincere when he said it was ok. He specifically said "he didn't want to come off as a dick," but the tone he used was very much the tone an asshole would use. They either need to retrain their staff to be more professional or hire entirely new staff.

I really don't like buying when I feel like the shop assumes I'm going to steal. I usually go through stores twice and found what I wanted at second glance. When we checked out a comment was made that they knew we had already seen everything and it made me feel like I was being watched and I felt like the man was looking to see what was in my hands. But who knows, maybe they had a theft issue. Overall a nice shop.

One thing I can say is that they have a Facebook page where they take pictures of things that they have gotten in and if you ask for the price you typically get an answer back fairly quick. However the prices are never good enough to walk in, so it saves me time and gas. It's a bit crowded but I like having a lot of stuff to look at.
