He also discovered that it was closed. It's incredibly inconsiderate of this business to lie over the phone and say they would be open until 5pm when that wasn't true. We will never return. The other dog owner recommended the dog wash at Tractor Supply in Wallingford. We will be going there from now on for our weekly washes.

What a complete rip off…read more I just got back from this place after waiting 1.5 hours for an oil change, then another 30 mins for a car wash and will never return. I tried to get there early enough (10:50 am), the lady at the counter said it would be about an hour wait for the oil change so to be fair, they warned me on the wait and I decided to stay. My beef is with the shittiest car wash I've ever received. I used to come here all the time and this place changed EVERYTHING. They used to bring the car to the car wash after an oil change, you now have to drive it out of the driveway and into a separate car wash driveway yourself. I paid to upgrade my car wash to the highest level at an extra charge. Usually this includes wax, tires dressed, spraying the door jams, dash boards, cup holders and center consuls etc. What I got was below basic. They charge extra for the dashboard and the tires weren't dressed. The vacuum was half assed and incomplete. They didn't do the floor of the 3rd row even though I reminded them to and they don't even include a friggen air freshener anymore. Client retention is everything and they just lost us. Just check out the pictures. Now I have to go out and finish cleaning my car.
