AND I have washed two loads of clothes with great outcomes (CLEAN) that surpassed the more expensive Maytag we bought from Appliance Mart in Cookeville and had repaired twice and it still never worked and were told if the part went out again it might be a year before a new one would come in. HUH?? Even the delivery person today commented...if it was that bad why did they not replace it? Who knows. AT any rate that is water over the dam and we are really pleased with this store (Carlos recommended the model he thought we needed and not the most expensive he thought we would buy) AND delivered it within a week AND IT WORKS really WELL. IT WORKS- clean clothes for the first time in the two months we used that Maytag that didn't work. Such a pain. Go to the Sparta TV and Appliance store- you will not be disappointed!!!

Called first thing this morning for a dryer that was no longer working. I had tried some DIY…read morerepair work on a clogged vent line and made the problem work. Dominic and Crystal showed up within the hour, took my dryer apart and cleaned everything (finding lots of lint). They put it back together and when we ran it it was working better but still seemed to be clogged so they cleaned out the dryer vent line that I had already tried cleaning and pulled out a lot more lint. Unit working great now. Very quick to respond, very professional and nice to talk to as they explained what and why they were doing things. Also gave us preventative maintenance tips to prevent our problem in the future. Strongly recommend.

Expensive special order sectional sofa…read more.. Expensive special order Mayo sectional sofa Model 4087. Sewn on back pillows - see pictures of second replacement sofa attached--are "stuffed" irregularly and could not be repaired. Mayo determined that the first sofa was unacceptable and the defects were caused by new "stuffing" factory equipment. Huh???? What about quality control???? I had more than one conversation with Chris McCall, owner of DT McCalls. Among other representations, Chris McCall was personally going to be sure the replacement sofa was acceptable. He told me he had spoken to Steve Mayo, CEO of Mayo Brothers and that Mayo would personally approve shipment and quality control. I expressed concern about my $2000 payment and whether I should put a hold on it until I received a presentable sofa. Chris McCall was adamant about his integrity and standing behind his company's service. He felt and expressed in multiple instances his 39 years in the business and community. Mayo took several weeks and delivered a replacement sofa. The original sofa was removed then. Once again the back cushions are not stuffed properly. I called Chris McCall while his delivery people took pictures of the sofa. He would not take my call and never called back. Instead, he instructed his accounting person to call me. She was told to tell me to have the sofa removed and he would refund my money. I could sit on the floor until I bought a new sofa. Mayo and DT McCalls, Cookeville TN furniture store, maintained the replacement sofa was acceptable and McCall stated that "you would never be satisfied". McCall needs to be heard and it is near impossible to get him to shut up and listen. Terrible person to deal with given the circumstances. Not apologetic and never even looked at either sofa, only the pictures. Steve Mayo was never contacted by McCall. It was McCall and the Mayo salesperson that determined the sofa was acceptable. Once again, Mayo and McCall, or the salesperson ever saw the sofa. They represented that I was unreasonable. I called Steve Mayo several times and he never returned my calls. His customer service manager Sarah would not connect me and said that I had to deal with DT Mcalls and not Mayo. Tim Tyler, sales in TN for Mayo offered to visit my home and reposition the foam in the cushions. Not possible! The back cushions are sewn into the back of the sofa and bunched up in some areas and not filling other areas. The packing could not be reformed to fit the covering. Chris McCall, owner DT McCalls is one of the most dishonest and unprofessional business owners I have ever dealt with. Enough said. Beware of both companies.

Second mow- same thing. Had it picked up for warranty work and now I'm getting told that I need to pay for pick up and delivery even if it's warranty work. Why would I need to do that if it never worked?? called and spoke with one of the owners who identified himself as Alex and when I asked to return it, he said no. he then proceeded to hang up on me rather than talking like adults.
