Refrigerator just quit, and they cannot find time to come for two days. My precious food supply needs service sooner. I understand that they have a schedule, but others I've knows hold a small number of appointments for emergencies. Guess this is how it's done here. A roof repair man is stopping to get me ice to hold me over, and I very much appreciate that. This review is a bit later than I intended. I scheduled a date for Andrew to come fix my refrigerator door but called him back and asked if he could also look at my leaking dishwasher. He was here on the scheduled day and time , he was very courteous and personable and knowledgeable. Had the fridge fixed in minutes and checked my dishwasher explained exactly why it was leaking and what part was needed . He was back within a week and the dishwasher was fixed at a reasonable price, especially since I just priced a new thinking this was older and beyond repair. Yesterday my family was talking about what things they were thankful for, well I was thankful for Andrew and a working dishwasher that had to be used twice last night. Will I use this company again? Absolutely and I would not hesitate to recommend it. read more

Andrew is not an honest person. He was the only person to work on my washing machine prior to the repairman that found the detached bracket. I watched the second repairman open the back of the washing machine and the bracket was just laying there NOT ATTACHED!!! When we reported the noise to Andrew an he came out he NEVER removed the rear panel to make sure everything was in its proper place. He did NOT turn on the washing machine to check it otherwise he would have heard the noise!!! I stand by this review, Andrew is not knowledgeable and definitely NOT HONEST.
