We had an appointment with the Geek Squad set up at Best Buy tomorrow. However, we were in the shopping center where the Phone Pros was located and thought why not? I took it home and my son took the protective coveroff only to notice the back of phone was cracked throughout. I did not pay it much mind sine the "experts@ said it was dead. Today (3 days post pool) the phone was working fine . Gentleman was polite well mannered but 1) had to know he cracked the back of the phone and just played it off 2) obviously lacked the technical ability to open the phone 3) he was completely wrong in regards to the phones functionality. The morning of the scheduled day some random person calls leaves a mumble quickly spoken message. When I called the store I was told they would have the repair person call me back. He did not. When he showed up he preceded to argue with me & threaten to just leave. Fine by me. I have no idea what he did but my entire hallway ended up flooded. He half assed cleaned it up then bailed. I asked them to check the cameras to prove that I paid and they said that the owner was 2 hours away and could not. I am not out to scam laundrymats out of an hour of free drying. I pulled $10 out of their atm and paid the $3 fee 2x that day and received dollar coins and quarters from the attendant before all this happened. This laundrymat does not put customer service first and $4 is worth more to them then loyal customers. I do not recommend.
