DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I asked for overnight service what I received was Flat rate service!!!! I explained I needed my envelope by Friday. I was told " it should be there thursday" but i cant guarantee, guarantee you that because if it doesn't arrive on Thursday, I don't want you to be upset with me! I asked for my envelope back so I could go to somewhere else for over night service, but was told it will be there Thursday. When i didnt get a receipt, i asked to take a picture ​of the tracking number. I am glad I took that picture. I now know she put it in a flat rate and not PRIORITY! My package won't arrive until Saturday the 7th at 9 pm!!!! Complete failure. I'm extremely disappointed with the recent experience I had at the shipping store. I was assured my package would be sent out the same day, and I was charged an excessive amount for shipping. When I asked for a guarantee on the delivery date, the employee told me it couldn't be guaranteed but that it would most likely arrive by Thursday. I explained that I needed it there before Friday.Today, I checked the tracking, and the package is still sitting at their facility--it never went out yesterday as promised. This delay is unacceptable, especially after being quoted $160 to overnight a single piece of paper with FedEx, which is outrageous compared to other shipping options. I trusted them to do their job, but they failed to deliver on their promises. read more

This is a third-party shipping post and they will charge you more than FedEx on College Dr. or UPS there on Richmond Rd. I took a medical CT Scan on a disc, checking to see if they could over night it to Shreveport La to the VA hospital. Instead of saying no it was not possible here six days before Christmas. A young lady gave a cost for delivery in 5days and then said for ten more dollars it can be there by the end of the business day tomorrow. Then after telling her how important this was to get to a team of doctors, she suggested, I pay a few more dollars for it to be signed for. We'll needless to say I paid over $26.00 for this envelope and it took three days to get Shreveport La from Texarkana. And understanding, as I learned they don't guarantee anything and no refunds. They seemed to be trained to get the most cash they can out of the customer. I felt the need to post this review since my husband had been diagnosed with throat cancer. And young lady that took advantage of me and my time, as doctors were on stand by watching for this delivery, so they could help us make some timely decisions here at Christmas time. She only had to say it was Not Possible. I complained but unfortunately no refunds or guarantees. So think before you use this 3rd party shipping method. read more

Do not ever have anything shipped from this place! You would figure a business as small as them would be very helpful and they sound super friendly on the phone but they say one thing and do another. One representative waived the pick up fee. When i called back they tried to charge it to me anyways. They told me they would pick it up the same day in the afternoon. They never did! When i tried to confront the company over the phone about them messing up and that i was upset, they rudely informed me they would no longer ship my package and that they will no longer do business with me I was polite and i never cursed at them so for them to tell me that i will do NEVER NEVER EVER deal with this company again!! read more

I was passing through Texarkana and needed to scan and email 2 pages for business. They were awesome! Printed my pages and scanned them for me for $1.50! I couldn't believe they only charged me $1.50. Thank you for the courteous and very affordable help! read more

I just went to drop off a package with a prepaid shipping label, and The Shipping Post was going to charge me a dollar to drop it off! I walked right back out with my package. I'm taking it to the UPS store that's just down the road. read more

I have found the Shipping Post to be my best option in shipping. I've used them since they opened. I've always been helped quickly and the employees know how to give me my price options. I can ship the same package at the Post Office for less money and with insurance. They are charging you for the post office to stop by and pick up your package. I thought I would try them since they are less crowded.....now I see why. read more
