I paid over $33,000 for their recommended solution, which they claimed would stabilize the foundation, particularly at the rear of my home. Despite assurances, the foundation has continued to settle less than two years after the repair was completed. Structural cracks have reappeared in the same areas, and the issue has clearly not been resolved. I've reached out to Alpha multiple times to address the problem, only to be told that additional repairs will require more payment--even though they failed to get the job done properly the first time. There has been no meaningful accountability from Alpha Foundations for their incomplete work, and I am now facing additional financial and structural burdens. I expected a long-term solution for the significant amount I paid--not a temporary fix and a demand for more money when their initial assessment and repair fell short. I would caution anyone considering this company to get an independent structural engineer and carefully review the terms of any warranty.
