Believe it or not, the first couple of times getting my trucks loaded by Mr Olsen & his team were flawless. So, I naturally decided to hire them again. OMG!! I'm not sure why Mr Olsen's services went so far down hill, but he was extremely rushed this time and had short patience with his worker as well myself. Perhaps the most damaging to me though as a client was when Mr Olsen or his worker left my chest freezer door cracked open with its power cord tucked on the inside and causEd my items to thaw. I had purposely packed the freezer with extra ice to allow for the 11-12 hour trip. What I didn't expect is the negligence. Furthermore, I reached out to Mr Olsen a few times to come to a resolution, but he offered none. In fact he gave me a simple, sorry to hear that" as I told him what happened to my freezer food. My lamp was also damaged during this truck loading. It appears to me that Mr Olsen isn't trying to own up to his responsibilities in this unacceptable situation. I paid my money to get good and proper services. There actions were not even close to being good or satisfactory for that matter.

These guys (three of them) moved us through four years ago and it was the worst experience I've…read moreever had. we moved from one apartment to the next and it was basically a two minute walk between apartments. They took all day... 12 hours... And never finished...... plus they lost the most valuable and precious box of my children's artwork and the only reason I didn't take it myself was because I figured that it was only a two minute walk and it was a heavy box. The next day we had to hire another moving company to finish the job. I was just on the phone with the company because was transferred to them when I put in a request for movers to give me estimates. The woman, I was speaking with hung up on me when I told her about this situation.... that alone explains how horrible this company is. If I could give this company, no stars I would, but you have to give some so I gave it one.
