I didn't get an alert from my monitoring app. I have had my solar system since the 2018 install. When I called PNM, I was told that they wouldn't help since I owned my own system. Their advice, turn off my air conditioning to lower my power bill. Thats great advice when it's over 100* outside. FU PNM rep. I reached out to 4 different solar companies but couldn't get anyone to follow thru. I finally reached #1 Plumbing. I was able to get an appointment when the tech actually showed up and get an estimate on what it would cost to replace my inverter. The techs showed up when they said that would, fixed my inverter and helped me with the app. I am so grateful that this is done. Plus they were great to work with. Very friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend them if you have any issues with your solar system. I'm already planning on having them come back to clean out my dryer vents.

I felt like they were inappropriate, so I called #1 to review the "other" companies work. They were able to point out the flaws that would block my new heat pump from being green-tagged. They pointed out the green tag was missing. They didn't charge me. So, I called them again a few months later because they proved themselves to be honest people. They came in, took care of my seasonal tuning and a toilet that was not flushing. I think I've found my trusted plumbers, and that's a hard thing to do! 10/10 recommend!

I do enough…read moremajor electrical work on my own to know ICC code and most of the local codes to know quickly during a walk-through on a quote if someone knows what they're doing and competent at making choices of a reasonable human being. I'm slow on my own, so hire people to limit down time at our business. Tom knew exactly what he was talking about and talked/walked me through the desired run from the main panel. The quote was very reasonable and job completed quickly by him, his son, and an apprentice. He was very accommodating in working around times we were seeing emergency patients and offered to return for completing work that required power shutoff outside of normal hours. They cleaned up after themselves and were just perfect. It was wonderful having Tom directly doing the work. Too many times in Albuquerque, you get quotes for s job only to have a sub-contractor show up that has no idea what they are doing. I also previously mentioned I loved Tom's ability to be competent. I mention this because we recently purchased a new office space that had a prior renovation where an electrician ran solid metallic conduit 1" above a drop ceiling. This would count as stupidity. Sure you have electricity, but lost 1/4 of the access points of your ceiling tile. Tom installed 16" above ceiling tile like a competent human being Just a great business and owner.
