After receiving nearly 30 inches of snow and facing 10-foot drifts in our cobblestone driveway (which holds six cars), we were in serious need of help. We contacted Steve three days before the blizzard, and he responded right away, committing that he would take care of us. That immediate response gave us great peace of mind going into the storm. Due to the town not clearing our road and us being without power, Steve wasn't able to access our home until three days after the storm. By then, the snow was even heavier and more tightly packed. As soon as we contacted him to let him know the road was passable, he stayed true to his word -- he arrived within a couple of hours with his crew and got right to work. They tackled the massive driveway drift and cleared everything thoroughly, despite the challenging conditions. Clearing that amount of heavy, compacted snow from a cobblestone driveway is no small task, but they handled it professionally and efficiently.
