I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Imoporfv Learning, and I would not recommend it to…read moreanyone. What should have been a simple orientation ended up taking over an hour due to constant technical issues. I was forced to interact with a chatbot that wasn't helpful, and I had to call tech support multiple times just to try to move forward. The system repeatedly made me scan my face--at least 30 times during orientation alone--and answer the same "secret question" over and over again, sometimes 5-10 times in a row, just because it wouldn't advance to the next chapter. On top of that, the platform constantly logged me out or reset my progress, forcing me to restart chapters I had already completed. When I finally got to chapter two, the exact same issues happened again, requiring more calls to support. By that point, I had scanned my face over 60 times and still hadn't made it past chapter five. It was exhausting and completely unreasonable for what should be a straightforward course. At one point, I answered a security question incorrectly out of sheer fatigue, and after scanning my face yet again, my account was locked. I was then told I had to restart the entire course from the beginning. This was after spending four hours dealing with glitches, freezes, and constant interruptions. What makes this worse is that the company claims strict rules tied to NY State and DMV requirements, yet their own support team had no problem manually marking unfinished chapters as complete so I could move forward earlier. So clearly, exceptions can be made when it suits them--but not when it would actually help the user. Despite having records of my calls, knowing my device, and being in contact with me the entire time, they still refused to let me resume where I left off. The platform is unreliable, overly complicated, and incredibly frustrating to use. This experience was a complete waste of time.

He was always patient, professional, and very experienced in teaching new drivers. Sevak was calm and very supportive which is crucial to build confidence in new drivers. My son enjoyed the lessons and chatting with Sevak. He was always very punctual, communicating clearly, and provided feedback after each lesson; taking the time to speak to either myself or my husband as well. It was reassuring to know my son was in safe hands while learning to drive. My son even asked me to text Sevak after he passed his driver's test and share the news with him, that is the type of connection they had which speaks volumes and Sevak, of course, was very happy and proud of his student (my son). We were extremely disappointed with his punctuality and not returning the phone calls in time. He was supposed to sign the yellow permission slip for my son for his driving test. Because he didn't sign the yellow slip properly with his signature and ID, my son's driving test appointment got denied when he showed up to take the test. We were unable to reschedule the test in time because his permit expired in ten days. My wife and I tried calling him many times in the past weeks but he did not return our calls. If he would have returned our call earlier we would have discovered ealy that he did not sing the yellow slip. We could have fixed it. But since he did not return our calls we got screwed. Now my son has to take the permit for the second time and we have to go through the entire process and the paperwork to pay more registration fees so he can take his driving permit again. I think the second time around he was more concerned about getting paid than doing his job properly. I can not tell you how disappointed we are in his professionalism!!!

I went looking to get into the cosmetology program. They make you test for a 3 day orientation to…read moresee what grade level you are for certain program, which I do get since it's an occupation adult school, but It's a requirement to make you test even if you have a high school diploma or a college degree. After you finish your tests, for certain programs you are put onto a waitlist and they tell you they will call or email you if there are spots open. I took a test back in September and was waiting for the November waitlist. I eventually did get a call/email that were was spots open and you must register at 8am on a specific day. I didn't follow through as I decided on another school but now I constantly get spam calls from this school. Even when blocked, I get calls from different numbers from this school.
