Stay away! Albert is unprofessional. He is nice enough until he gets your money, then he lies and gaslight you. He can't keep a proper schedule to save his life, including calling my son by the wrong name, not showing up at the correct day and time he scheduled, and insisting he reviewed skills with my son that he did not. When confronted, he again lies and gaslight. He doesn't care, he already has your money. I was forced to submit a complaint with DMV. We hired Alberto to help out our son with his driving. His performance was sloppy and unprofessional. We were extremely disappointed with his punctuality and not returning the phone calls in time. He was supposed to sign the yellow permission slip for my son for his driving test. Because he didn't sign the yellow slip properly with his signature and ID, my son's driving test appointment got denied when he showed up to take the test. We were unable to reschedule the test in time because his permit expired in ten days. My wife and I tried calling him many times in the past weeks but he did not return our calls. If he would have returned our call earlier we would have discovered ealy that he did not sing the yellow slip. We could have fixed it. But since he did not return our calls we got screwed. Now my son has to take the permit for the second time and we have to go through the entire process and the paperwork to pay more registration fees so he can take his driving permit again. I think the second time around he was more concerned about getting paid than doing his job properly. I can not tell you how disappointed we are in his professionalism!!! read more

Horrible experience with this instructor Alberto I wouldn't recommend him he likes to waste time by taking his driving student's to eat and he also cuts about 30 mins of each class which is suppose to be 2 hrs. long. Alberto also try to charge me $198 just to take my son to his driving test to the DMV. At the end my son didn't even pass his driving test so that means Alberto didn't properly teach him. He has a bad attitude and his known at the DMV for over charging students just to take them to take their Test. read more

I would not recommend this company. I paid in advance for 4 lessons to practice for my DMV driving test. I had 2 hours of practice and the second 2 hours was to be on the day of my test. They never showed up before my test and so I asked for half of the money back for the second two hours that I never received. They refused and said I could take them to court. read more

I called few days ago and inquire about 1 hour driving since I have my scheduled DMV behind the wheel test today at 2:20pm. As per conversation, I was instructed to simply wait at DMV office at 1:20pm. During our conversation, I was very inquisitive about the details. He never mentioned that I should call day before to confirm my appointment with them. I showed up at DMV office at 1pm and call them up that I was there already. The manager totally forgot and the audacity to blame me for not reminding them prior about the appointment. First, as business owner it is their responsibility to call clients and confirm client's appointment. That's a matter of fact of business practice. I have to cancel my DMV test today because of their incompetency. Instead of just apologizing for his lapses, he rudely hang up the phone and incessently kept blaming me for it. Rover, if I may suggest you should unlearn how you understood business ethics because it is not working for you. Sadly, you are a very arrogant person. He was welcome to whatever questions I had and went over the section where I took my DMV driving test. He's truly to best and was so sweet the whole time. Best driving school ever Alberto was very professional and was a very good teacher. I wouldn't have been able to pass my test without his help. I chose the 1hour prep and dmv test with pick up and drop off. He was on time 1 and a half hours early and wasn't ripping me off it was a fair price. Horrible experience with this company. After having my daughter go driving with the instructor, which was very nice about everything and was very good and patient with her. I payed him in cash($239)and was told to call the company and set up another appointment for the next session, which is two hour every visit. A total of 3 sessions is what I paid for. That was in August 2019. But we were dealing with my father getting sick and passing away. Due to that, I didn't get a chance to call them till now January 2020. I was never told there was a time limit for the serves I payed for. I called them up and was told that the service I payed for had a time limit of 90 days. And when I gave them my name, I was told if I had a receipt, which I was never given by the instructor. Which now that I'm dealing with this, I should have asked for one, especially dealing with cash. That of course is my fault for not thinking of anything going wrong, since everything about them seemed awesome at the time. Turns out they don't keep records of this stuff, because when I called they couldn't find anything providing me with this service. They didn't even recognize the license number the instructor had put on the dmv form. So not sure what happened, either the instructor never reported it back to them and just pocketed the cash or the company doesn't keep good enough records (if any) of the people they are providing a service for. So I will now have to pay again, but of course not them, for a service I had already payed for. Not fair, but again I have no receipt, and it looks like they have no idea how to keep records. I never write reviews, but felt taken advantage of when dealing with the person on the phone. They were of no help. read more
