Called ahead to get the pricing for a walk in. Zachary was able to take us in within 30 minutes and we easily showed him the tattoos we wanted and he quoted us and got us in immediately. Absolutely horrible! I gave myself a small stick and poke tattoo of a heart on my finger. Months later I decided I wanted to get it touched up because it was imperfect and faded. I asked my guy to please go over the outline and make it more symmetrical/even and fill in the faded section. He had food delivered and I swear he rushed through as quickly as possible and did less than a half-assed job. I was charged the flat fee, $80 for this. TRexx is awful, he made sexist and homophobic jokes in the beginning of the session which was uncomfortable. Also noticed blow outs in the tattoo but when he was messaged later about it he said it was how the skin was basically saying it wasn't his fault. He shouldn't even be working as a tattoo artist the way he treats people. on top of all that he literally smelled sweaty, it was unpleasant. read more

DO NOT GET TATTED BY ZACHARY COLE. I swear I wish I could upload pictures. The work he advertises is NOT what your gonna get. I came in over a week in advance with an idea for a tattoo party type of situation. He said he would draw something up for me. When we got there not only did he try to bump the price up 80 DOLLARS, he had no plan. There was supposed to be 3 at least 2 artists. Tiny did 1 tattoo (which was good work) and left for the night with 1 person waiting and 5 on the way. Zach was the last one there begging for cigarettes and taking breaks through the night. My tattoo ended up being the same exact tattoo with flags(music notes) and a moth (butterfly) added to it. My sister's tattoo was a complete disaster and then he tried to tell us couldnt get color because we're BLACK!!! NEVER AGAIN... NEVER AGAIN.... but caitlyn the piercer is the best thing the shop has going. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Even without color the tattoos are NO WHERE NEAR what we asked for. All together $420 was spent at that shop not including the starter gauges!! I have posted pictures of my sister's tattoo, I hope everyone can see them. Im so hurt!! I came here on the Saturday after thanksgiving for the $44 Tattoo deal I wish I knew the the guy's name who did my tattoo so I could give him a shoutout but I don't recall being told his name but I texted him a picture of the tattoo, he gave some input into my tattoo idea and he did a great job one of the best tattoo I ever paid for and for such a steal. I will be coming here again even thought this sale is over. He did such a great job on a day where they were busy and not charging as much when he could have easily been careless. I had a tattoo done prior (AT ANOTHER TATTOO PALOR) where I was charged $200 for a small tat, the worker was rude as hell and even messed up my tat so I realize the guy at 4 nineteen ink did not have to be kind and put as much effort into my tattoo as he did for what he was getting paid and I am really grateful to him for making my tattoo dedicated to my daughter so beautiful- I really wish I knew his name so I could recommend him read more

This is the best place in toledo for ink hands down. I got my first tattoo ever here on a whim and they just let me walk in, got my paperwork squared away and got it done in about 20 minutes. Staff was super accommodating and funny as hell. I was naturally nervous but the constant joking made me feel a lot better. Price quoted was totally reasonable and I had a great experience here. 10/10 would go again. The place is super clean and everything is fresh out of the packaging. They really make you feel at home when you're here. I plan on coming back when I have more cash to burn. It was overall a really great experience. It's kind of hidden away a bit in a pull in kind of location. Parking is a littlw small so I'd suggest going across the street. Very upset with the service here. I came for a walk in to get my navel pierced. The piercer's name was Dave and did not introduce himself before "examining my navel". Called me "sweetie" multiple times condescendingly then refused to piece me because my "navel wasn't shaped right" and said it would reject. I have multiple piercings and not one has rejected. Despite having to sign liability wavers, he still would not pierce me. Horrible service and definitely would not recommend. read more

I hesitated writing a negative review but after seeing another person with a similar result within a week of mine I thought it was necessary. I had my 5 year old daughter draw a tattoo for me and went to the shop to get a tattoo on Mother's Day. I've had other tats before and I have to say this one hurt more than the others! With in a couple days the normal redness that should start going away increased. My leg got hot and so painful I had trouble walking. I consulted 4Nineteen a week later and their artist on duty said I should have it looked at sooner rather than later. The urgent care doc said I most likely had MRSA. He treated me with two massive antibiotics and steroids for the inflammation. I asked the owner for a goodwill offering of a partial refund for my medical bills and was told it would never happen. The artist that did my tattoo also said he wouldn't give me any thing back. There is no way to prove I got an infection there but there is also no way to say I did something wrong. There were several instances of possibility of cross contamination during my tattoo but what do you do in the middle of getting one. Also, no aftercare instructions were given out. Just verbal information, which is in direct violation of the Ohio Administrative Code. I also have had a couple people look at my tattoo and have been told the artist went way to deep in spots so besides scars from the infection I might have more from a bad tattoo job in general. I didn't appreciate being told my doctors were telling me I had a possible MRSA infection to get more money out of me, I didn't appreciate being told there was no possibility of the infection coming from them because I didn't take care of the tattoo correctly (I did), or it was my fault because my cat could have given me the infection. I found out today there is a gentleman who got a tattoo a couple days after me and ended up in the hospital and decided it was time to let people know what happened. Fucking dog shit. The most unprofessional place I have ever been to. People in the front were trash talking customer's tattoos infront of other customers. They delete all of the negative reviews on their Facebook and when you confront them, they just defend their shitty work or ignore you. The tattoo "artists" there have been caught stealing designs from Pinterest. I went there to get my first tattoo without knowing any of this and I'm ashamed to even look at it. As soon as I left, I started bawling my eyes out. I don't remember the guys name but they gave me the worst tattoo artist there and he drew the perfect design I had created on with a sharpie even though I asked for a stencil. He was also very unsanitary and didn't even clean or shave my arm and was coughing all over the place. He went way too deep with the ink and the ink literally spreaded everywhere and it looks like a shitty watercolor tattoo. (It's not suppose to be watercolor) None of the lines are even and even if I got laser tattoo removal, my arm is so fucking scarred from how deep the guy went, I'm not even sure if it would look alright. read more

Caitlin is very personable and not only calmed my nerves but had me laughing. She's the only person I will see for piercings and the only one I recommend. read more
