I need to put some more time in it tomorrow after the carpet dries. Then I observed his cleaning in the family room. Once again it's my opinion but slamming the the wand into the baseboards lent to the impression that speed creates a cavalier attitude as to customer's belongings. I don't think I am being harsh as prior to arrival my wife and I had moved almost complete furnishings to make the process easier. Josh can call when he returns from Alabama if he wishes.

However I've just had a difficult experience with them and doubt that I will use them again. On a routine inspection to check my HVAC system, the technician found water in my crawlspace. He scheduled another technician to come out the next day. The second technician came to the door, said hello to my wife, then went to the crawlspace. My wife did not hear from him again. I called the company later that day to ask and they were not able to find the technician. I called again the following day and they still could not track down the technician. After my third call they were able to track down the technician and I asked them to have him call me with haste so that I could understand the situation in my crawlspace. One week went by with still no call from the technician. I called GreenBox again and asked for it the estimate to fix my crawlspace. Still nothing. But after a fifth call, still trying to be reasonable and use this company that has given me two good service calls, the receptionist was finally able to track down the technician who unfortunately wasn't able to talk at the time. I left my phone number and said please have him call me the same day. He did not call, but sent an email the following morning with a high cost estimate and no explanation for why the price was that high or that specific work was to be done. I sent some inquiries back and at this point have still not heard back from him (next business day). My frustration is that I expect clear communication and explanation on matters like this. I'm now going with another company because of this poor customer service interaction.
