So I wrote a review about 3 days ago and spoke on the older lady that cut not one but all of my cuticles. This is an update. If you read my last review you'd see that I said I had this set for over a month and it was time for a new one but she refused to do a new set because she was lazy. When a set is old, it's inevitable that the nails will break. Sooo 3 days later... two nails are already broken like I knew they would be. Oh and not to mention the cuts on my cuticles are all scabbed up so you can see them clearly now. They should be shut down immediately. I don't even know if they have licenses to do nails. If you knew what was good for you please never step foot in this shit hole. I wish I could get my $60 back smh. read more

I have been here a few times and Ly did a good job with my nails the first time. I came back again and had the older lady, IVY - she was very rough and cut my cuticles with the drill and left them bleeding. She did glitter and chrome without consulting me first and charged me more than what I would have for a fill. I come back again hoping I will have someone else and Ivy did them again... she was rough and careless with them and cut my cuticles AGAIN. Then she added glitter without me knowing after I specifically asked for only color. Then I was forced to write a 5 star review before I left. I will not be coming back as the service was painful and I was very disappointed. read more

This place sucked. As soon as I sat down the lady burped in my face, she proceeded to yank my hands and was super rough with me. She cut my cuticles on EACH finger, I'm not even lying. Whenever she cut me really bad on my thumb, I jerked my hand away and she laughed and didn't even apologize. When she started doing acrylic she literally flicked acrylic at my face. On top of this, my nails are thicker than damn oatmeal and they're so freaking ugly. I basically paid $70 for torture, when I got home my fingers were STINGING and bleeding. read more

I just had a fabulous, relaxing cucumber something pedicure and dip polish manicure. I also had waxing. I did not have an appointment, so I wasn't worried about being in a hurry. I will return with my husband because he's going to love the massage chairs with the pedicure. I been a consistent customer at this nailshop since grand opening as in every week a color change or every 2 weeks a fill-in, pedicure and waxed brows. For some reason the customer service has went from great to poor and very RUDE. And the bad thing about it I was just here at the nailshop today for about 15-20mins I talk to the owner and guess what she said "ohhh wow we will fix it fa you sawyyyy one second". 3 new customers walked in and asked for pedicures they were asked to sit in certain seats guess what I'm still sitting by the door wondering and hoping if someone will invite me to a seat to get my toes done I did pay $75 for my pedicure service with no problem just wasn't done properly all I did was put some gym shoes on and walk for 2 hours and this happens. I went in 4th of July and the lady didn't listen to me at all on what I wanted and kept yanking my hands back towards her when I'd say ouch and because she kept cutting me. They were all uneven as well and she charged me for everything she did after I repeatedly told her I didn't want that. I will never go back there again. read more

I have gone here a couple times before and they did good, but I went yesterday and the nail tech cut me not once but twice while doing my pedicure. It was bleeding a lot. She was trying to hide it and told me to put my foot back in the water, but I noticed and took it out and it was bleeding a lot. First nail salon In months, and I was so disappointed... we made reservations for 4 people (@4pm) couple days in advance and confirmed the appointment the day before and we still walked in and they had no clue what we were talking about. After some time of waiting we were all seated to start our pedicures, two of the tubs had bags in them already and one was full of water from the previous client. We were given menus to choose our pedicures and noticed that the tub with dirty water was drained and being filled again with warm water using the same hygiene bag, we politely said please do not use that bag and it was drained and replaced. @ 4:30pm We all chose our pedicures and two of the employees started working on the pedicures, while the other two in our group waited. We asked if the employees it busy could start on our friends and didn't get an answer (our hopes was to have everyone finished at the same time) that didn't happen... as our friends next to use continued soaking their feet our pedicures were continuing, we didn't realize that our pedicures were the only ones they valued and @5:26pm they were finished with our pedicures, by then our friends water was cold and their feet pruning up but they still didn't start on there pedicures... we asked if they could hurry up bc we had dinner reservations and didn't think it would be 2 hours for a 45 min pedicure!! At 5:43pm they started on our friends pedicures and was completed at 6:01pm they skipped the lotions and massage and just did the toes in the cold water. We all chalked it up to experience and paid and left the salon!!! The next morning I woke up and my toe was swollen, red and hurt really bad... my experience with bad salons is if they lack hygiene and cleanliness then most likely I got an infection!! I thought how and why would I get one having many done before, then it occurred to me that mine and my friends tub still had liners in them... pure speculation but perhaps those were old too or the tools used during the pedicure were not sanitized properly!!! My point is for 50 bucks and having reservations days in advance the salon should of been prepared as well as having good hygiene and sanitation... would I recommend to a friend? Probably not... best wishes to future goers and hopefully your experience is better then ours read more

Don't bother going here for a regular manicure. The man did not take his time on my nails. He filed them super uneven and crooked. He quickly painted my nails, missing the sides. He then said my nails were good and dry but they were still wet and easily dented. :( I ended up taking off the polish and painting them myself. read more

I went here to get my acrylics re filled after looking at their photos both on Facebook and yelp and lets just say my nails were HORRID. I asked for a coffin shape as that's what I already had from another salon and all my nails were misshaped, crooked, and extremely thick and chunky. The technician who was a man with longer hair who I believe sits at table 1 kept coughing on me during my service which I find gross and unprofessional. The polish I got put on got messed up 20 mins after leaving too. I went back to get a refund the next day and get them taken off because they looked so terrible and was told I would have to wait for a manager to come from Hopkinsville. Then after waiting a few minutes the man had me talk to their manager or owner on his phone and she basically told me they can't refund me because they don't do refunds and eventually gave in saying she would refund me back $25, which was not what I paid for my service. I paid $35 for these. I then told her I wouldn't accept anything other then the full amount I had paid and she then told me they would refund me ONLY if I let the technician cut off the tips of my nails before I leave but he would not soak them off for me. They were all extremely rude about it even after showing them noticeably crooked and messed up my nails were. Safe to say their work and pictures don't match up. read more

if i could give no stars i would. i got there right at open, it was me and one other person. my guy who was doing my nails was so rough, did not talk to me, was rude when i asked for no gel nail polish. my nail polish is messy. it took an hour and a half to get my nails done. the guy only talked to me to ask about color, but talked to everyone else. the rest of the employees were just on their phones, the store was dirty. i will not be back, worst nails i have ever had. read more
