They called me back promptly- I explained the work that I needed done (defensive action against the trees on one roof- and offensive action toward future Mother Nature outbursts by clearing some trees away from the house at another location) Matt (would this be the son of Dennis and son?) told me he'd have an estimate to me later that same day and true to his word it arrived via fax.
