It is very local and friendly and all the food is made fresh onsite. Go for a cup of tea and some homemade cake or go all out on some fantastic meal, quite often veggie, always organic, fresh and delicious. Having lived in Leicestershire for many years I've found you rarely get a bad Indian meal, some are better than others and at the spice cube you will get one of the best. Being limited in space it is best to book in advance, although we did turn up once on a Saturday evening and they squeezed us in, as long as we were quick, well we had come from France! Bear in mind there is no alcohol served here, but it's no problem to take your own, they will even supply you with a glass. A visit here is always on our list when we return to the area to visit family.
