I called Casey and he showed up and saw the floor. He stated he was coming back to fix it and now he wont return my calls and is playing cat and mouse games. I wanted to get on YELP and let everyone know about the nightmare that goes by the name STL Custom Tile. I had other contractors come out and look at doing the repairs. The entire floor has to come out along with the cabinets, base moulding, etc. that has already been installed on top of his floor. He is barely qualified to cut your grass..........and now this repair will cost upwards of $3,000.00 to fix. Think twice before hiring Casey Cracco and STL Custom Tile.

The next morning the crew showed up on time and worked nonstop to replace all of the flooring on the 2nd story. They ripped up the carpet, removed the baseboards, maneuvered the furniture to install the flooring, and reinstalled all of the baseboards.
