Do not use this service at somerset mall. They stole my Cadillac owner's manual and spare change in January 2023.

We used their service at 12 Oaks Mall on Black Friday. The car runners/valets were working their tails off, so I happily tipped on the way in. When they went to retrieve my car, I asked for change for a $20. I thought it odd that the valet didn't have any money on him. When he came back from the kiosk with change, I handed him a tip. He said, "We can't accept tips." I explained that I'd tipped on the way in, and questioned where my tip money went. He said all tip money goes to the company, not its workers, and asked me if I wanted the money back. I took back the tip money. Quite frankly, I'm appalled at the company's deception. There are no signs saying they don't allow tips or that tips go to the company (at least not in a visible area, so if they claim these signs exist, I looked for them and did not see any). The runners/valets should either be able to accept personal tips, or they should hand the cash back to the customer and tell them they cannot accept tips at all like the second valet did. read more

Save your money ! My husband and I decided to have dinner at somerset mall It's been quite sometimes since we have eaten at one of our faves capital grill . We had a great meal and enjoyed a nice evening strolling along in the mall afterwards it certainly is a great place to window shop and people watch.It starting getting late so we decided head back to the car which we left in the hands of four-star valet.The boys seemed pleasant and was very friendly while we were waiting for our vehicle to arrive the moment we got in we could smell The overwhelming aroma of marijuana we dared not seeing anything in fear of retaliation. After driving away I did not take long for my husband to realize that 36 miles were added to the odometer we know this to be true because we had just been at that dealer earlier that day and documented the mileage for our lease turn in the following day . We have left many messages with the owner of four star valet and which not one was ever returned The owners unprofessionalism and lack of interest in his customers deserves a one star the only reason I'm giving to is because the boys that were at the valet stand were very friendly read more

Do not use this service at Twelve Oaks Mall. The valet driver broke my door handle, tried to hide that he did so, and then when i asked him how he had broken it, he denied it. He got in my face and was very threatening and said he was going to call security. Which I allowed him to do so that i could report his actions and bad behavior. We have reached out several times by phone and email and the corporate office has no inclination to reach out to me and fix the situation. Its sad to hear the complaints about some of the valets at this company. My son worked for them at Somerset last summer. He had to submit a clean driving record before getting hired. He does not smoke and worked his butt off running for cars and helping customers with their bags, kids, etc. Sad that a few bad seeds will ruin this job for MY son, who is a polite college student majoring in aviation (who's regularly drug tested to hold his Med Cert for flight by the FAA - so he definitely wasn't the one mentioned smoking it up in a clients car). He needs every customer that pulls up to valet at Somerset to support this expensive major and is very reliable and hard working. Guess, I should ask - where Have people had good valet experience? Maybe, he should apply there then. Or, ask that people give more than one valet a chance before passing judgement on the entire company and all employees. read more

Do not use this service, especially at Somerset Mall or anywhere you see their sign. They are thieves. They ripped off things from my can and my neighbors car when they went. Also, they caused a huge door dig. Of course they deny deny, but they are rip offs. Do not use and be sure to tell everyone you know. read more
