The people who work there are unbelievably knowledgeable and have a true passion for their work, and it shows so evidently through their meticulous attention to great quality. They speak to you with respect and never make you feel uncomfortable. They're very courteous and friendly at all times. They seem to just go that extra mile for the customers and it makes a nice change. I just wish everywhere you went was like this.

Paid £850 for my car and collected the way it was and been told that its a different problem and than the problem i had is been fixed. Really? They think i don't know that they just took my noney but didn't fix my problem for me to come back and spend more money! If i only had money would go and get a legal process involved in here and get this business to be closed down. If i had my own garage i would treat all peoples in a nice way for them to come back but not the way this garage are treating you like you don't know nothing! Very upset with this service as spend all my wages to fix my car and its still have the same problem. Shame !

I have had to use this main dealer a few times and have had positive experiences with them…read more The showroom is beautifully maintained always immaculate and used to its potential. However, this is not the section that i have had most experience with. My experience of Lookers has always been with the service department this is situated at the back of the showroom. I have always found the service staff to be incredibly helpful and when i have needed a part for my car that is not in stock, they have ordered it immediately to be couriered in overnight so it is ready for me to pick up the next morning. I can find no faults at all with the service here!
