I rented a 30 yard dumpster for a large home project. It was delivered as promised, clean and right where I asked them to place it, and all of my interactions with Tammy in the office were friendly and helpful. She even called me back to let me know a 30 yard had become available, which is what I ended up needing, after it had previously been unavailable. This is probably the friendliest waste an scrap yard we use. I use them for business dumping large loads of landscape debris but also take bags of odds an ends. The ladies at the weight house always I mean always meet us with a smile an wave. It is not a usual and probably a no no but once my dump truck mechanism failed an the guys down at the large dumping site where able to help with one swipe of a boom remove the debris an I was off. Every business has a fee .. I understand because I run a business .... the lord does not frown on making a profit.... this place has employees an they have families they have to feed . They make salaries an spend that money in the community. Bottom line I expect any business to charge me a fee sometimes I think they should charge a little more they are fairly priced. Over charged for bamboo tips. I had 12 bamboo tips that I can't burn. They charged me $10 for the tips after I already dumped them. Asked if I could just go and pick up the tips. The lady said yes. They had already taken the bamboo with the tractor. Will not go back because of this. They should have just charged my the $10 normal fee. read more
