It was my first time in last week and I was surprised of how nice this location is compared to expressway one. The bottom floor when you walk in, you'll see the child car area on the left and classes, locker rooms, and entry to the pool through the locker rooms on the right side. Oh and also, I think .. small class studios. Right in the center of the gym is where you will see all the free weights, racks. Suitable for squats, deadlifts etc. Everything is super clean here as well it seems like. The up stairs where you'll see more cardio work machines. I haven't really gotten to look in depth but so far I'm really loving it! PS :: Try out and see if you are able to get a free pass online!!! It's all worth it

I Constantly pick up weights and attachments just to keep my own sanity; as employees leaving the front counter seems to be too much work. Have had issues with not having my scan in card and employees turning me away to drive home to get it. Even though I've been a member longer than they have all worked there combined. Machines are still the same as when I started, with the occasional new machine that they cram into a free space providing limited walkways. Let's not start with the arrogant and egotistical Lighthouse crew who think because they work there that they have dibs to the equipment. All in all, this place kinda sucks. But it's close by and on the cheaper side of things. So my membership continues

Also membership allows you access to all eight locations! They have all the machines and this super fancy high-tech station where you scan your credit card and then pick anything from the shelves (nutrition bars, protein shakes, energy drinks) and the camera and sensors detect what you got and bill you on the card you used to swipe when you leave. There are other rooms (like a posing room) and inside the bathrooms there is a nice dry sauna. In the downtown location they also have a very nice and convenient portable sauna as well. Highly recommended!

They educate you without making you feel stupid and they don't judge you for "lifting smaller weights" they make you feel like it's a safe place to reach your athletic goals and to keep improving with awesome instructors! The coaches are hands on and help when needed. They are knowledgeable with the exercises, assist you to make sure you have good form and they help find a way to modify an exercise if needed. The location is great. I personally do not have to drive too far to get here. There is so much room to do your workout. The equipment offered is by far the most I have seen. CrossFit is awesome. It is the type of workout that pushes you to do better than the last.
