Also membership allows you access to all eight locations! They have all the machines and this super fancy high-tech station where you scan your credit card and then pick anything from the shelves (nutrition bars, protein shakes, energy drinks) and the camera and sensors detect what you got and bill you on the card you used to swipe when you leave. There are other rooms (like a posing room) and inside the bathrooms there is a nice dry sauna. In the downtown location they also have a very nice and convenient portable sauna as well. I encourage 4 Star Fitness to review whether the coaching services being offered under its business are meeting the standards represented to prospective clients. A fitness facility's reputation depends not only on the quality of its equipment but also on the professionalism, accountability, and integrity of the trainers operating within the facility. I respectfully request that management review these concerns, evaluate client satisfaction, and ensure that all trainers are providing the level of service for which clients are paying. It was my first time in last week and I was surprised of how nice this location is compared to expressway one. The bottom floor when you walk in, you'll see the child car area on the left and classes, locker rooms, and entry to the pool through the locker rooms on the right side. Oh and also, I think .. small class studios. Right in the center of the gym is where you will see all the free weights, racks. Suitable for squats, deadlifts etc. Everything is super clean here as well it seems like. The up stairs where you'll see more cardio work machines.
