They force you to communicate via email and take 2-3 days to respond. After two weeks of trying to resolve a simple issue, I said goodbye. I also know for a fact that they have left building obligations that were still under lease and stopped paying the mortgage on the building they own in SF. WeWork will not last the next 12 months. The actual staff that work at this location are nice and I love them. I just wish the company they worked for actually cared about their clients.

A day pass is $29 - which I say is worth it every once and a while. Parking isn't free so I recommend walking if you're close enough. Amazon is right underneath the building and there's plenty of places nearby to go grab lunch. The day pass includes free coffee (including cold brew & espresso), sparkling water and tea. They have seating that ranges from booths, private meeting phone booths, and couches. They also have meeting rooms you can pay for by the hour. Overall a great location with nice staff. I booked their conference room online for an offsite meeting, and took advantage of the speakeasy space to serve lunch to my team. It was a really cool way to make my team feel special, and gave them something interesting to talk about after the meeting. Nancy was super helpful in setting up the space and gave me everything I needed to have a smooth meeting. Nancy also helped validate our parking (super low cost for validation considering LA prices), and made the breakdown of the conference room a breeze. All these things happen before getting keys to your virtual office. (Even if it's only a mailbox). The price doubles up & can easily triple without your knowledge.
