Before taking the plunge on buying new phone, I thought maybe a new battery would resolve the issue. It Did Not. London G. in particular was incredibly understanding and accommodating. Within minutes after returning home (with the new battery installed), the battery began draining, despite me not using the phone at all. I called the store, spoke to London, who said to bring it back in and they would reinstall my original battery. Understandably they couldn't refund me my entire cost (it was my call to replace it, not theirs). They refunded me a portion, less the bench fee. Throughout my entire interaction with London and the other staff members, I was treated with courtesy, respect, and patience. Plus the battery cost was the same as what the Apple store charges. Bottom line is if you are looking for a high quality tech repair service, definitely go to this place.

My son's iPad screen got cracked with it fell from our dining table. The Apple store in Briarwood Mall couldn't fix it, and recommended Cell Doc instead. No problem! The man at the counter said, we can to it in about a week. Repairing the screen takes about 30 min, but they have to order a new screen which takes about a week. $190 later, we waited a week, and they called to say the accidentally ordered the wrong color glass screen. Did we care if they made the screen white with a black home button? Um, yes, I wanted it to match, and we ordered black. Please order the correct color. Waited another week, and then picked up the iPad. All was well for about 2 weeks, and the home button sank under the screen and no longer works. Its stuck, so you can't open or close any apps, or unlock the iPad. No problem, pull out my receipt with a "30 day guarantee". Took the iPad back in, and they apologized and said they would fix the home button, but had to send to a technician at their store in Toledo. Wait two days, and get a call that they can't fix the home button because it might crack the screen, and they "don't know who fixed it before, but you should take it back there". Um, YOU fixed it before!!! They also said it's been more than 30 days, so the guarantee is no longer valid. It has been more than 30 days since I paid and we dropped the iPad off, but they didn't finish the repair for 2 weeks after this. So.... never mind we've only had it back for 2 weeks, because it took 14 days to repair, the warranty is no longer valid because the "boss has changed". Complete and total BS, terrible customer service and shoddy work. Would have been better off buying a new iPad to begin with, because now I am out $190 and the home button is stuck and they have rendered our iPad completely not functional with their "repair".

I've been there multiple times for things ranging from toy batteries to automotive needs. What strikes me most is the relationship between the staff and the customers. People are often greeted by a handshake and a welcome Mr X or what can I do for you Mrs Y. When I first went to this store I thought it was an anomaly. I think I was in need of a watch battery. I was treated so well I returned for a laptop battery... quite an old laptop actually and they found the perfect replacement... still going years later. I saw this great customer service yet again. So I've returned for multiple other electronic purchases from bulbs to flashlights and each time I witness something that I didn't realize still existed in the world of chain franchises... personal service from competent professional people. First he was willing to send photos of the before and after repair for my Truck's rebuild scrapbook. Then the USPS (post office) lost my package. Michael continued to stay in contact and check in with me for weeks. Sadly the USPS never recovered my package. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING through the post office without making them put tracking numbers on it. I wish i had used UPS or FedEx, but I had trusted the Post office and that was my fault, no fault of Re-Circuit electronics. Michael worked with me to help source a FICM for me to buy and get my truck back up and running. he gave me the best price he could due to my unfortunate situation with the Post Office. overall it was above and beyond customer service, he really tried to help anyway he could. a bad experience with the post office and i'll never ship a package with them again. but a great experience with Michael @ Re-Circuit electronics

They actually care about your issue, work with you on getting it fixed rather than getting defensive, and trying to push the blame on you like Microcenter does.
