People are often greeted by a handshake and a welcome Mr X or what can I do for you Mrs Y. When I first went to this store I thought it was an anomaly. I think I was in need of a watch battery. I was treated so well I returned for a laptop battery... quite an old laptop actually and they found the perfect replacement... still going years later. I saw this great customer service yet again.
