He complained about everything from the fact that there was standing water, to the vegetation around the fence, to the company itself. They didn't have a dumpster the first day so they left the old fence scattered between my yard and my neighbor's yard. Through no fault of their own, one of the gate kits was incomplete and we'd have to wait for Lowes to get another kit from the manufacturer. That's fine, they can't control that. However, after telling me this, they left with bags of concrete still in the yard, large sections of the old fence in my yard, trash still left in my garage, and would not pick up the dumpster for another week. I am still without a complete fence even though the parts have already been delivered to my house.

He told us that we could pull out the pieces we wanted from the strapped bundle, but that he was not going to break the metal straps. He then told us that if that wasn't okay that maybe should we shop at a box store. I know it wasn't the biggest job to him ($1485.00), but we deserved to be treated with respect.
