We called several people to come and do an estimate before we decided on if we could afford a new roof. Some of the contractors did not return our call, or did not show up when they said they would. We had another estimate that was $20,000 more than the Pedersen estimate. Unbelievably outrageous! That person spent three hours here trying to convince us we why should pay that much. Shawn had a great warranty. He was very straightforward. He came here and simply gave an estimate; he was not pushy at all. He was great to deal with, his workers were very polite, and generally cleaned up. Shawn came here personally at the end and he made sure all the screws from our original roof were cleaned around the yard with a magnet. We had an issue with our previous roof leaking in an area and we've had one rain since it was completed and no leaks! I would definitely recommend considering him if you were looking at getting some estimates because he shows up when he says he will. And then, I wouldn't be surprised if you end up choosing him after (if) you hear from everyone else.
