WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! these guys are nothing but thugs that think their shit dont stink. all the want to do is make you spend as much money as possible and not even give you something worth a damn. oh and if what you bought breaks (non tobacco products) dont even bother trying to get it refunded or any kind of help. the manager budda is a MASSIVE waste of space, wont cut you deals or help you get what you really want. also theres something about walking into the store and all he does is talk trash about the surrounding shops. thats not good business ethics and i dont want to buy from someone who just talks trash about other shops. if your looking for great "tobacco" products go to sky high BOTTOM LINE..... Best smoke shop around! Better prices than all the local competitors on nearly everything I've bought (& offered to match the price of another shop when he wasn't the lowest). Awesome selection of everything you'd expect to find at a traditional smoke shop plus even more...biggest variety of Electric Cigarette styles & flavors of Oils I've seen....candles & incense, detox, pipes, hookahs, scales, grinders, flags & T-shirts. Update: I went back into this establishment yesterday to…read morereplace the broken item I received. The same young man who helped me the day prior was behind the counter. He already had the replacement ready. He was kind, courteous and apologized for the item being broken. There was also a huge note on the door that stated to please open your packages before leaving. It was in plain sight so there should be no confusion. So my conclusion is that no one was trying to get the better of me. They replaced the broken vape with another. This was not the "employees" fault. (It never was to begin with.) I will be back if and when I'm in the area. This place is awful! Went to my car to open vape and put it in the battery and it looked like oil mixed with water. The owner wasn't going to replace it because I hadn't opened it in the store. Had no idea I COULD do that. He blames the guy who helped me and replaces it. I get home and this one is broken. Unusable! Spent money on crap! DO not do business with these people. It's highway robbery. I will also let anyone else who is getting into CBD know as well. I'm not some 19 yr old kid out for a high. I'm a grown adult looking to ease pain and anxiety. I went in to be educated and came out with NOTHING I can even use.
