My coach at the bodybuilding gym that I go to told me to stop by at Total Nutrition to support them. But he also mentioned how knowledgable they are. The owner Drew always comes by as well. The moment you walk in, you're immediately greeted. Then asked "What can I help you find?" I've been bodybuilding for a good few months and started needing to take supplements to help with my overall physique. Sure. You don't always need supplements and they aren't really required but they sure do help. I've gone twice so far and every time I've been helped, I've gotten what I needed. Explained in full detail what I'm looking for and received good customer service as well as great supplements. What I truly appreciate is that they don't push supplements in your face. They listen to you and go accordingly to what you need. Currently I'm fully stocked on preworkout, isolate protein, and BCAAs. That's probably gonna last me a while.
