These guys are putting their "TERP ENHANCED" budders into Sulicone pucks that HANG on the wall (yup when you open it you have half on the cover! Fun messy stuff) Terp Enhanced = Botanically derived terpenes have been added, but NOT DISCLOSED ON THE MENU OR THE PRODUCT ITSELF. This is my issue. I get home with my haul (5.5 hours ONE WAY from this shop, to discover that this stuff HORRID. I had to call the store and ask them outright if it was made with non cannabis derived terpenes. After a second call and being told I had to drive 11 hours round trip to return this unusable produce I am now blocked on Facebook (idk why) and I have seen 1 review I posted be taken down. BEWARE. If you ever find yourself on Verona Island, keep it moving up to Bangor for your buds and dabs, you'll thank me!

No judgment zone here! We noticed on our drive along coastal Maine that with the legalization of…read moremarijuana/cannabis, many, many cannabis dispensaries have opened. Maybe not surprising in a state like Maine where ways to make a living especially the further north you go are scarce other than fishing and the tourist industry. We stopped in to see what it was like. Upon entering, we were greeted warmly. Everyone is asked to show ID, no exceptions. The space is huge and was very open, airy, and nicely appointed with tall ceilings. One is led into second larger room which on the day of our visit was staffed by two young women. They seemed to be knowledgeable about the range of their products which included buds of marijuana of all kinds to "gummy" edibles of cannabis in varying strengths. They were able to answer questions about "medicinal" uses for their products. I can't speak to the price points and whether they are reasonable or not but a tin of edibles contains 10 pieces (come in variety of flavors!) each containing 5 milligrams of THC each. Those tins cost $19.00 a piece. According to the women in the shop, they have many customers who come in looking for physical pain relief, relief from anxiety symptoms and sleep problems. I am personally not a user of marijuana but having grown up during an era which not only totally banned its use but jailed people for having even modest of amounts, I am pleased to see its decriminalization. I think we still have much to learn about potential benefits from this plant.
