Greeted warmly at the door, Bryce asked a few questions and then showed me to the general area where suits were - and then helped me choose what ended up being a fantastic suit. He was incredibly knowledgeable, asked great questions, and gave me options every step of the way. From choosing fabric and color to fit and tailoring, he was professional and had a genuine passion for old-fashioned customer service. My suit had to be ordered, and it arrived ahead of schedule - Bryce made careful notes for the final tailoring, and the suit went off to be finished. It was ready just a few days later - the fit and finish were even better than promised. I also selected a hand-made tie and an Irish linen pocket square, and picked up a beautifully fitted shirt as well.
