They will tell you a sink they buy is on sale from $495 to $199!! Even if that sink was NEVER $499. The reason everything is so reasonable; Is simply because they do discount worx. Very sloppy, amateurish, and all around terrible. Theyll leaave in the middle of a job because they believed they were being talk about... Theyll quit a job because youre not giving them a second job. They will even tell you about how much they pay their employees. Simply put, a $43k basement job cost an additional year and $50k to fix. If you like haveing to do a project twice, and cost almost twice as much. Hire these frauds.

On the 16th I wait until 8:30pm when the delivery finally gets here, the driver (who spoke no English) uses his phone to tell me that they have my refrigerator on the truck but that they aren't going to unload it because they "dont have time" and the truck is somehow broken again, he tells me that it has to be rescheduled again.. and then he just leaves, WITH THE REFRIGERATOR STILL ON THE TRUCK THAT WAS IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE! I made a date for delivery for a reason as I should trust that it would be delivered and completed the day of delivery since I paid for it. Now I have to wait 4 days because the pieces needed are no where close. They also won't accommodate or give good customer service and won't deliver and finish the job after 4pm during the week since I have to work. This wasn't a small mistake they should have accommodated or figured out a way to make this work even if that means coming at 4:10. Delivery drivers were great besides the mess of having to wait days after paying so much hard earned money for this but with no accommodation for the mistake this is disappointing.
