I purchased a new furniture set from AFW earlier this month, and it was a disappointing experience…read moreoverall: 1) Furniture throughout the store was of poor, cheap quality - especially for the prices. 2) Customer service within the store was fine, but the loading team was extremely rude to me and my father in-law when we picked it up. One gentleman in particular acted like a bouncer at a club when we asked them to rearrange the furniture in our moving truck (more on this on #3). 3) Because the loading folks put our furniture face-down (the set has "wooden" adornments on the front of the furniture - they were scuffed upon arrival, pics below). We asked them to rearrange the furniture - they refused. Customer service is unwilling to do anything about this, and they even state that any scuffs resulting from self-pickup are not covered.... don't they have security cameras in their loading bay they can review? What a scam. Also, a gentleman ahead of us had a blown out tire from driving over their curb (very tight loading bay), and he asked the group of folks there if anyone had a car jack, and they literally all walked away and ignored the guy. 4) There are also pieces of "wooden" adornments just dangling off of both love seat and the couch (pics below). In fact, it looks like the same pieces are about to fall off of the chair as well. Upon examination, it appears they weren't even fully stapled on entirely - very cheap. You can also see the scuff marks on the chair from where said 'bouncer' loaded it face-down. 5) Customer service was very unhelpful. Upon providing multiple photos and having a lengthy discussion, they were unwilling to do anything to rectify the situation, aside from sending a technician out to evaluate it - no thanks. As a customer, I want a seamless purchase, not more time out of my pocket that is unpaid for to fix their issues. Overall, the quality of the furniture, the prices, and the experience in general, were all very disappointing. Would strongly encourage any potential buyers to save yourselves the hassle and go somewhere where your money is better spent, and where you - the customer - will be better valued. Respectfully, G

Not the biggest store around but certainly adequate. It has many workers around to give assistance when needed. Prices are comparable to other big box hardware stores (aka Lowes), and much better than smaller chains (such as Ace). Home Depot has a website and app which are both pretty spectacular. You can search for items in stock at a particular store before making the trip down. You can also order things to get shipped to your home or to the store. Many items arrive next day or you can even get same-day pick up! Home Depot's hours are wide and vast, opening early in the morning and staying late, seven days a week. This location is located very conveniently on a main road near the highway. Staff is always super friendly and helpful.

At first, I went online and my eyes glazed over when faced with endless mattress options, features, prices and qualities. I didn't know where to start. I decided to see if we had a local mattress store to give me some guidance and my first (and last) call was to Snooze Mattress in Pueblo West, CO. A young man named Garrett took all the time I needed on the phone to explain our personal situation and preferences. He had an answer for every question I could think of. He then asked me a series of question and narrowed my global search down to four mattresses. We're a bit overweight and older so we had needs, haha. What a relief that Garrett felt he knew just what we needed! But time would tell. Garrett recommended we drive to the showroom and actually lay on many mattresses to see how they feel, so we did. The mattress we chose was one of the four he thought would be right for us. When the call came that our mattress and base was ready for delivery, we were ecstatic! We raced around, stripped our old bed, got everything ready, and the big Snooze Mattress truck pulled up to the curb. Two young men, Josiah and Michael, introduced themselves and first told us exactly what they were going to do and soon, boxes and plastic wrap were being pulled back much to our excitement. These two men had the most personable, professional and engaging approach working quickly but thoroughly to get our old mattress and box springs out of the house and our new set up installed. They took time to explain how everything worked, information on our warranty, they answered all our questions and even gave me a few minutes to vacuum under my bed before they started set up. They took all the cartons and wrapping material to their truck. Attitude is everything and all these men were the best! Of COURSE our back pain is gone and we are sleeping in luxury. We didn't know how badly we needed a new mattress until we experienced our new one! It's been a life-changer and a great one. I was even further elated to find out that Snooze Mattress donated our old mattress and box spring, which was still very clean, to local shelters after it was inspected. That was the icing on the cake. When someone has no bed at all, our old bed (and so many others) means everything and that just deepened my joy. I highly recommend Snooze Mattress. We all spend about 1/3 of our life in bed, so take this decision seriously and treat yourself. This company is super trust worthy and takes what they do seriously.
