Why 3 stars? Well the price for only one page to be notarized was $29. I drove about 30 miles to the location as I live closer in the city and didn't want them to charge me a grip to have them come to me to notarize my one document. I thought it would be cheaper if I were to drive to their location vs having them come to me; guess I was wrong. The location provided to me was a US Post Office. My appointment time was 10:55am, so when I arrived I walked inside the post office looking around for the notary person. One of the USPS employees asked me if I needed help and I mentioned I was there to get a document notarized and they told me they did not offer any notary services in the building. I had assumed that since this location was given by Noble Mobile Notary as their office, there would be a designated waiting area. I also wasn't informed beforehand what to do when I arrived, so I was kind of left guessing. After wandering around for a couple of minutes, I was able to call Noble to figure out where to meet, and I was directed to a location inside the post office. After meeting, the service was quick and easy. The only reason for 3 stars is the pricing. If we customers choose to drive to Noble's location, not sure why we have to still pay such high fee on top of the notary fee? Otherwise, service was quick and fast! read more

Joseph went above and beyond to help me to complete the notarization of passport forms for my daughter. The process ended up being much more tedious and time consuming than anticipated, due to disorganization and inefficiencies on the part of the facility where the signer was housed, however, Joseph persisted until the forms were completed. He was able to fit me in on the weekend, he went back to the facility multiple times and made phone calls, and even wrote a letter to follow up! He ensured that the business was handled in a timely manner. He also kept me constantly updated during the process, ensuring that I felt confident that we would be able to get the forms notarized. His fee was more than reasonable (maybe even a little low) for the amount of time he put in, the professionalism that he offered and his willingness to not only get the documents notarized in the facility, but also drop them back off to me securely.
