So now I'm doing physical therapy with no medication (which it took me a month to get the referral for that as well). Woodlands Wellness charges its patients for no-shows. How much do I get when you don't show? Or how about paying for lots of lab work but never getting the lab results back or having any follow-up with the doctor? What's the no-show refund for that? Or how about being told multiple times that the reason you're not getting information from the doctor is that they have your email address entered into the system incorrectly, and yet when you give them the correct email address you still don't get any information because it's still "entered in the system incorrectly"? This is a really expensive clinic that does not take insurance, but don't worry. They make up for it by being disorganized and unprofessional. Hey, Dr. Davis, I'm sure you have plenty of other patients. Don't worry about losing me or my wife.
