I was blessed with being able to fill a cancellation and saw Dr Wood almost immediately after seeing my primary doctor. She explained the procedure concisely and thoroughly. I was hoping she would remove the spot so I wouldn't have to come back or worry with it over the July 4th holiday. Dr Wood had her nurse set me up for the biopsy and numbed the area on my hand. When Dr Wood came into the room again, the spot had been removed before I could blink. I never felt a thing. I will definitely use her for anything like this in the future. I love you Dr Wood, but I hope I never have to see you again.

Made an appointment. Got a call Friday saying my insurance wasn't taken because it was medicaid-which it is not. I pay 2200 a month for the plan and renal failure. I asked it to be reviewed and get a call back. I got a reminder message Sunday to arrive Monday. And I did only to be treated poorly. It's bad enough to be functioning without 82% of my kidney and all the pain associated with having kidneys so big they will need to be removed before transplant just to get a transplant in my body. My kidneys are in my abdomen, the brain fog, the secondary side effects, hypoparathyroidism and you JUST CAN'T GET PEOPLE TO TREAT YOU LIKE A HUMAN BEING, THEY WOULD, THEY WOULD RATHER ADD TO YOUR STRESS, KICK YOU WHEN YOU ARE ALREADY DOWN.
