I stopped in yesterday and set up an appointment for someone to come by today. The technician knew exactly how to fix the problem. He was able to cause the machine to leak and then he found the area that needed repair. I paid R$218 for the repair (not exactly cheap), but now my washing machine is back in business. I have paid in two installments of 249 reais and three hours later everything was working perfectly again as promised including the ice making feature which is the best. The cubes and shredded ice were full steam ahead. I recommend their service since they are really well trained and it is worth spending what they charge (the fact that they are LG authorized repair center is not a coincidence).
