Once arrived, he explained to me he didn't have any keys that had buttons on them, so I'd have to manually lock and unlock my door, at the time that was perfect, and he made me a new key without the buttons, and I was dealing with manually having to open the door. Ironically, I found my keys the next day, and him to ask if he could reprogram the keys would and I would be able to unlock my doors button. He was more than eager to make an appointment but told me he was going out of town and to call him back in a week which I did. Then he asked for me to send him where I work on a text message and he would arrange and come and reprogram my keys for free. I was like great since I had already paid over $200.. I spoke to him on the phone, multiple text messages never responded to me. I would've been glad to give him a five star review if he followed through with what he told me he was going to do for me, but he did not. I am now going to have to find another locksmith to see if they will reprogram so the keys can match and have to pay a couple hundred dollars.

For the interior, they perform a quick cleaning and vacuuming by multiple staff members but don't expect them to move your belongings or wipe down surfaces. If your car is embarrassingly dirty, this wash will get you to an acceptable level, but if you're trying to impress someone, this isn't the right place for you. After requesting a quote from a well-known body shop near where I live, I balked at their sky-high estimate and asked around for other recommendations. A friend of a friend recommended Tucker's. I knew this person to be meticulous in the care and keeping of their car, so it felt like a solid recommendation. Several days later, I had arranged with Sherry from Tucker's to come in for an estimate. It was much more reasonable than the one from the other shop, so I arranged to leave my car there a few days later. Throughout the process, Sherry communicated and updated me. At one point they had to order another replacement mirror, and she promptly let me know, and offered for me to come and get my car if I needed it until the day that the replacement part would arrive. At the end of the process I could not be more pleased with the results. The Tuckers are meticulous in their work, friendly, and trustworthy. I wouldn't hesitate to return to them in the future and would recommend them to anyone for any auto body work needs.

But as far as mobile detailing at home this was awesome. The job was completed in my back yard driveway and the car looked close to brand new after the detail. Price was quoted between $250-275 depending on pet hair. I have a dog who forgets to take his fur with him when he leaves the car so $275 was pretty reasonable for mobile detailing at home.
