Even though the weather still isn't great and the ground is soggy from melting snow, the place was busy. However, the car wash is equipped with so many vacuum stations that you never had a wait there either. Great vacuum suction and we appreciated how it wiped away lots of dog hair carried into the car floor board. Several options for washes available as well as monthly plans. Not having to pay for the vacuum was a great bonus. Garbage cans are also at each station for an easy clean up.

I chose this one because it was conveniently located and provided both inside and outside cleaning. The exterior wash uses a typical tunnel system, effectively removing visible dirt, snow, and mud from the car. However, it won't give you that freshly waxed look you'd expect from a proper handwash. For the interior, they perform a quick cleaning and vacuuming by multiple staff members but don't expect them to move your belongings or wipe down surfaces. If your car is embarrassingly dirty, this wash will get you to an acceptable level, but if you're trying to impress someone, this isn't the right place for you. You may want to consider paying for a more premium car wash instead.

Pretty much anytime I'm on Hurstbourne and have some time, I stop to get my car washed here. I always choose the mid-tier wash for $15, which gets my car clean and shiny. On top of the great wash and the clerks who will power wash the front of your car before you enter -- just to make sure all the bugs and bits are off -- I also appreciate the fact that Thomas has free vacuums for interior cleaning. These have always worked great. You can also powerwash your floor mats. Thomas has those little extra bits that make an experience stand out. Please don't lose those! And I and others will keep coming back.

After that call, I took my car to their offered appraisal and currently waiting for a call back. We used to use Thomas car wash a lot as I saw the value they had for washing cars and good pricing. Their prices have gone up, just as everything else has in the past two years. Unfortunately, I lost my car's antenna cover while at the car wash but didn't realize it right away( kids in the car). I was unable to get back to the car wash on the day it happened so I called multiple days only to leave multiple voicemails and never received any response. It was just an antenna cover, not the end of the world. So I finally was able to stop by the car wash to speak with someone only to have them say they had none. And they mentioned to submit my claim online and (hopefully) someone would speak with me. I doubt anyone will reach out, as it's past their 72 hours of mark. I noticed an employee sitting in his van and made him aware of the situation. He had me go through the port again and again, nothing. He gave me a number to call and both he and the lady I spoke to assured me I would be issued a refund via check to make me whole in a couple of weeks. Today I received two coupons in the mail for free carwashes from Washnshine. These coupons are useless to me because I have since sold my vehicle and, Infact, the only reason I visited their carwash was to clean it up for the buyer. These people are dishonest and I would not recommend anyone patronizing any of their establishments.

I prefer using a card such as this over continuing to put in more coins - even though I spent a little more I felt less rushed. My only issues were that the middle bay I was in didn't have great drainage on one side so you will be standing in some water. Also since the water hose is connected from above you there are a couple places you may stand that will have soapy water dripping on you.
