My make up was amazing, at first it was hard getting used to the fake eyelashes but like the girl who did it told me, it takes time to get used to them... about 20 minutes later i forgot i was wearing them. My hair experience was not so amazing. First, the girl that did it, put 3 bobby pins in my hair... my hair is very thick, i told her it was loose, and it probably needed more, she said it would hold. the hair did look cute at first, until my make up was done, then i could see it was not that cute. i left, went to the mall and my hair flat. the bobby pins slid right off. i called let them know i did not want her doing my hair the day of my wedding(paid $50 something for it that day), but loved the make up. They have me come in 2 days before the wedding for another trial... same girl did my hair again, and again it was a mess. I believe Amanda came and fixed it and it was gorgeous . I got an extra $35 charge because i chose a up do this time vs the half up/ half down Topanga messed up the first time ( so i paid $50 something the first time around for a mess up....) Friday (rehearsal day) i come in and get my nails done... who was doing my nails? yup same girl that had been messing up my hair. she said she had gotten first place in state for nail art. all i wanted was a basic french tip. when she was done it looked horrible. the whole time i am holding in my anger. I felt like it was being done on purpose. they were purposely setting me up with this girl. i went to the back to get my spray tan and told the girl that took me i did not want Topanga to touch me on Saturday, she was not to be near my hair or do anything. and i showed her my nails. they immediately had someone remove the nail polish. my spray tan was great! everyone complimented how even it looked and how it made me stand out (in a good way) Wedding day.... i will just say this, i sat in a chair for a few hours, i was going to be working on in between others. i understand i said i didn't want Topanga near me but i feel something could have been done. i left their salon on my wedding day without any make up on or my hair done. yes i did have until 3 to leave Bartlesville, but that doesn't mean you leave me sitting there. My appointment was at 10 am, not whenever you could fit me in. One of the girls got a little upset i told her i wasn't waiting. they gave me a certificate for a free manicure and pedicure. i will not be using it. I was trying to do the right thing and keep my money in Bartlesville, you know shop local... but after this experience i feel i should have gone to Tulsa. to any future bride, i do not recommend them. maybe for a fun girls night out, but not your wedding day. Like i said, they did try to fix the issues, but if i kept getting the same girl over and over, is that really trying? i felt like it was a joke and not being taken seriously.

Both of the ladies were very nice and professional and we tipped 20% for that and the atmosphere but it kind of felt like we were the last appointments of the day and they just wanted to be done as quickly and as easily as possible.
