After waiting another week I called his office and one of his employee's send he would return my phone call when he returned, he did not. Today I called him (Three weeks later) and he stated he had to gather up his notes and he would call me in 30 min, but here it is four hours later and I still have not heard from Mr. Brindle. Jim was a very personable and knowledgeable sort who went above and beyond to get us a unit installed. He worked with our budget and was kind enough to let us split the bill into two payments, even let me pick the day so I could line it up with payday. They did an incredible job getting the unit put into the wall safely and even made it look aesthetically pleasing, too!
