I'm very cautious when using new companies for just about anything. For me, it is all about relationships and building new ones is a slow process for me. I found REVAMP while looking to upgrade my 70s single pane windows and they were first to respond to my query. They were able to set me up with an appointment pretty quickly which was great. First let me say this. I'm so happy... I will be using them again soon. That said, I want to give my honest review: I have to say that the initial sales pitch and experience was the only "meh" part, and even then it was friendly and light by all accounts. It just took way longer than it needed to and I did feel some pressure to make a deal BUT I am not a push over and the sales rep was a great dude and respected my desire to wait. I kept revamp waiting while I worked through my budget and needs for almost a week. They checked in occasionally as I asked them too and kept the vibe light. I will say that if you are not as strong a negotiator as I am, maybe their sales pitch may come off the wrong way. Then again if that's the case maybe you should think twice about any contract work As I said though, I'm used to this so it doesn't bother me. Ok so that was the worst part... That's it! Pretty great for the only(I won't even say negetive) less than amazing experience. To be honest, probably the biggest reason that stood out is because every single other aspect of the deal went so well it was hard to believe. By all accounts the manager IQ is the backbone of the success in this deal. He works hard to keep his team working for the client and is out to earn your business, and your 5 star review. I can tell some of his team gets rode hard to achieve that but the customer satisfaction I have(and other reviewers) is definitely high because of him. Now, it's been only 2 weeks since I've had the new windows, but so far here is how I feel. The windows look great, quality matched the samples I saw, and the install was really smooth. IQ personally made sure I was satisfied with the woke and even sent out someone to once over the cleanliness after the project when I found a couple small oversights (his crew was working from dusk till dawn, totally understandable). The commitment to customer service is the best product this team offers, truthfully. I'm excited to do phase two of my window replacement with this incredible team. I hop the owners take REALLY good care of IQ because he is 100% the reason I went with REVAMP and why I'll be returning. Looking forward to the next project ;)
